As a reflective and human-centered HR visionary with many years of experience in operational and strategic HR management, I move confidently in HR management functions, as a consultant, trainer and coach in global corporations, SMEs as well as start-ups. After my business studies in Nuremberg and New York with a focus on HR and marketing, I qualified as a systemic and individual psychological coach and consultant.

 

I have profound knowledge and experience in leading HR projects and supporting organizations and individuals in change processes.
